How long does it take to drill a borehole?

A typical domestic borehole takes 2–4 days from mobilisation to completion, depending on depth and geology. Deep or hard-rock boreholes can take longer. We give a per-project estimate at quotation.

Do you survey before drilling?

Yes. We strongly recommend a hydrogeological survey to site the borehole. It significantly improves the chance of a productive well and is included in most of our service packages.

We mobilise nationwide and take on cross-border projects on request. Remote and off-grid sites are part of our routine work.

What is the difference between your own rigs and imported rigs?

Our TCT DR-series rigs are designed and built in-house, so we fully control support and upgrades. Imported rigs (e.g. Hanfa) offer strong value; we vet, inspect and commission them and back them with local spares and warranty support.

Do machines come with a warranty?

Yes. Our own rigs carry 24 months structural and 12 months powertrain cover. Imported rigs carry a 12-month parts warranty, commissioned and supported locally.

Every part in our catalogue lists compatible rigs and standards. If you're unsure, add it to an inquiry with your rig model and we'll confirm fitment before you order.

Do you keep parts in stock?

Fast-moving spares such as hammers, bits and pump parts are held locally. Availability and lead time are shown on each product.

What is the warranty on e-scooters?

E-scooters carry a 12-month warranty, with 24 months on the battery. Spare batteries and chargers are available.

Yes. Marine engines and pumps are sold with a spares kit and backed by local servicing so your vessel stays on the water.

Do you deliver rental bikes and include a helmet?

Accepted Answer

We don't deliver: customers pick up and return rental bikes at our base in Farato. Every rental includes a helmet, lock and lights. Bikes are serviced by our own team so they are safe and ready to ride.
